How soon can I make reservation?Our bounce rentals are on a first come, first serve basis. We recommend reserving your inflatable as soon as you know what date you will need.Do you require a deposit?We do not require a deposit. Payment is due when we arrive to set up your inflatable. This can be cash or check. We do not accept any credit cards at this time.What is your cancellation policy due to weather?We prefer not to have our equipment out in the rain if it can be helped. We keep an eye on the predicted weather and will stay in touch with you so a decision can be reached as to whether or not to go through with the rental. We reserve the right to cancel an inflatable rental due to extreme winds and rain. We ask that if you chose to cancel, that you do so prior to our arrival. There are no refunds due to weather or otherwise once the unit is in place.How much does it cost to rent an inflatable?Price range depends on which unit you want to rent and for how long of rental period you choose. All pricing is listed on our web site under the bouncers tab.What is your standard rental area to setup an inflatable?We currently serve Spokane and the immediate surrounding area. Call with questions, and we will do our best to accommodate your need.Do you rent out your equipment in the winter?No, we do not rent for the winter season for outdoor use. We can set up inside if you have an area that will accommodate the size of the inflatable.Do you carry insurance?Yes, we are insured. You will be required to sign a waiver taking responsibility for the equipment while in your care and for supervision of the children. Our driver will go over all the rules for each inflatable when he has you sign the waiver.When are you open for phone calls?You may call at any time Monday thru Saturday 9:00am until 6:00 pm. If you get the answering machine it means we are on another call or unable to get the phone at that time. Please leave a message and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.What time do you deliver?The delivery time depends on the rental period you chose. When doing a 6 hour rental we try to be flexible and would prefer to pickup by dusk. When doing a 24 hour rental our delivery times usually run between 8:00 and 11:00am. Depending on the amount of rentals that day.Does the blower need electricity?Yes, you will need a standard 110V outlet near the set up area when renting the Fun House Castle. When renting the Combo slide unit which needs two blowers to operate we will need to have a 110V outlet with a 20amp circuit breaker or access to two different 110V outlets on different circuits.How big of an area do I need to setup an inflatable?You will need an area that is approximately 20 feet wide by 20 feet deep with a 20 foot clearance overhead. Ground should by clear of large rocks or debris that could damage the inflatable. Area does not have to be completely level but the flatter the better. |
